General

What is WOW26?

Great question! WOW (short for World of Work) is the ultimate workplace experience conference hosted by Appspace. The goal is to bring together customers, partners, and industry experts to showcase the future of the workplace experience and share strategies and best practices for improving engagement, workplace management, and cultural alignment.

When and where is WOW26?

Scottsdale, Arizona at the Westin Kierland Resort. The conference runs September 28 (kickoff at 11:00 AM EST) through September 30 (ends at noon EST).

Is there a virtual option?

WOW is in-person only this year. Don’t miss out – register now!

Dress code?

Business casual throughout the conference. Think dress pants, jeans, skirts, blouses, and sport coats. Conference rooms can get chilly, so bring a blazer, sweater, or light jacket. Temperatures drop after sunset, so pack layers for comfort. Some events are outdoors on grass and gravel (so you may want to bring comfy shoes)!

How much does WOW26 cost?

WOW25 is $249 until April 30, then $399 May 1 – Sept 15.

How can I make changes to my registration?

You can . Just log in via the “Manage your registration” link using your email address and confirmation number. Email wow@appspace.com if you run into issues.

What are the registration hours and location?

Stay tuned for the location. Registration hours are as follows: 

Monday, September 28: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST

Tuesday, September 29: 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. EST

Can I bring a guest?

Each attendee needs their own pass (approval by Appspace required).

Can I transfer my conference pass to a colleague?

Absolutely! Email wow@appspace.com with the new attendee’s name and email. (They must work at the same company as you).

What's the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Here’s the breakdown of our cancellation policy:

  • Changed your mind? Cancel by August 22, 2026 (11:59 p.m. CDT) for a full refund, minus a small 5% processing fee.
  • Can’t make it after the deadline? No worries – your registration fee will automatically roll over to WOW27 (we’ll announce the date and location later in 2026).
  • Sponsors & exhibitors: Please refer to your specific agreement for cancellation terms.
  • Important reminders: 
    • Don’t forget to cancel your hotel and travel plans separately.
    • Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or credits for no-shows.

How do I register for sessions?

We highly recommend pre-registering for breakouts due to limited seating. You’ll be able to build your agenda in our conference app this June!

Travel & logistics

When should I arrive and depart?

If you’re in labs or training, arrive the morning of September 28 (labs and training start at 1:00 p.m. EST). Otherwise, arrive midday on September 28 for our kickoff. Sessions end by noon (EST) on September 30.

Where should I stay?

We’ve secured a limited number of rooms at the Westin Kierland Resort at a discounted rate. You can make a reservation through the registration site. Book your room now.

When is the room reservation block cutoff date?

The hotel room cutoff date is Friday, August 22, 2025, 11:59 p.m. EST. We can’t guarantee rooms will be available past this date. All rooms within the room block are first-come, first-served.

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

Cancel directly with the hotel at least 4 working days before arrival.

Can I extend my trip outside of the conference dates?

Yes, a limited number of shoulder dates are available through our room block at the conference rate three (3) days prior and three (3) days post-conference. Shoulder night room block rates are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Closest airport?

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is about 20 miles from the hotel. Or there’s the smaller Scottsdale Airport (SDL), about 4-5 miles away.

I’m driving to WOW26. Where can I park?

Valet parking is available at the Westin Kierland.

Where can I find information on Fort Lauderdale and things to do?

What is the weather like in Scottsdale in September?

Warm and sunny! Expect daytime highs from the mid-80s to mid-90s, with evenings cooling into the high 60s to low 70s. Indoor spaces can feel cool with air conditioning, so it’s a good idea to bring a light jacket or sweater for daytime sessions. And keep in mind, some evening events may be on grass or outdoor surfaces—so plan for stylish yet comfortable shoes!

How do I request Visa information?

If you’re traveling internationally and need proof of attendance to get a Visa, get in touch at wow@appspace.com.

Will meals be provided?

Yes! Dinner on Monday and Tuesday, breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, and lunch on Tuesday.

What accommodations are available for dietary restrictions?

Let us know on your registration form. Contact wow@appspace.com with specific questions.
