Great question! WOW (short for World of Work) is the first–of-its-kind user conference hosted by Appspace. The goal is to bring together customers, partners, and industry experts to showcase the future of the workplace experience and share strategies and best practices for improving engagement, workplace management, and cultural alignment.

WOW23 is complimentary for Appspace customers. We have limited passes for resellers and partners. All registrations are subject to approval.

Are substitutions/transfers permitted?

You can transfer your WOW23 conference pass to a colleague by emailing wow@appspace.com with the name and email address of the new ticket holder. The new ticket holder must be employed by your same organization.

Anyone wanting to attend WOW23 must be registered for a WOW23 conference pass. All registrations are subject to review and approval by Appspace.

You'll find registration on the 2nd floor of the JW Marriott Nashville, near the escalators. Registration hours are as follows:

Wednesday, September 27: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM CT
Thursday, September 28: 8:40 AM - 12:00 PM CT

Will meals be provided at WOW23?

Dinner will be provided Wednesday and Thursday night during the evening events. Breakfast will be provided on Thursday and Friday before the sessions begin. Lunch will be provided on Thursday between sessions.

Registration for individual breakout sessions are highly recommended due to the limited number of seats available in each session. You’ll be able to build a personal agenda through the Employee App in June. We’ll send instructions to all registered attendees when sign-up is available.

Weather begins changing in September - early in the month, the summer heat remains but as the month progresses, daily highs drop towards the mid 70s and daily lows to the 60s.

We've negotiated a discounted rate of $299 per night for WOW23 attendees at the JW Marriot Nashville. There are limited rooms available at the discounted rate. The deadline to book a hotel room with the group rate is September 4, 2023. We'll send more info once your attendance is confirmed.
