AI AND CONTEXT
AI can give you an answer. But at work, the right answer depends on context: Who’s asking? What can they access? Where are they working? What are they trying to get done? What else is happening around them?
Standalone AI sees one piece of the workplace. Appspace Context brings signals together across the workplace, giving Appspace Intelligence – our built-in AI – more to work with. That means it can provide more relevant answers, recommend what comes next, and take action.
Organic UI and Situational Signage are two examples of where we’re headed: more adaptive workplace experiences built on context from across the digital and physical workplace.
What is Appspace Context?
Appspace Context brings together capabilities across the Appspace platform to create a workplace experience that understands more about the person, place, situation, and task. And it uses that understanding to create experiences that are more relevant, responsive, and useful.
Is Appspace Context a product?
No. Appspace Context is a new approach to how connected workplace information, technology, and experiences can work together. Individual Appspace features and capabilities bring different parts of that vision to life.
What is Organic UI?
Organic UI is a software experience designed to adapt around the person using Appspace, bringing forward relevant information, tools, and actions based on the context available.
What is Situational Signage?
Situational Signage is a capability designed to let digital signage respond to changing situations in the physical workplace, making what appears on screen more relevant to what’s happening in the moment.
Are Organic UI and Situational Signage available today?
Not yet. Organic UI and Situational Signage are coming soon. More information about availability will be shared as development progresses.
How is Appspace Context different from Appspace Intelligence?
Appspace Context is about what the workplace experience understands about the person, place, situation, and task. Appspace Intelligence is the AI that powers the experience to help answer questions, create and summarize content, recommend next steps, and support actions.
What parts of Appspace contribute to Appspace Context?
Appspace connects experiences across intranet, digital signage, space reservation, visitor management, and AI. Each adds another source of workplace context. Together, they give Appspace a broader view than a standalone point solution – and more ways to turn that understanding into action.
Do we need to use the entire platform to benefit from Appspace Context?
No. Appspace Context can create value across the broader workplace experience or within the part of the workplace you manage today. As more experiences and signals are connected, Context has more information to work with and more opportunities to respond.
