How it works

Employees can reserve, manage, and view a desk or workspace ahead of time in the Appspace App,
or on the spot by simply scanning the QR code on a Qbic TD-0350 (“Qbic Puck”).

Vibrant LED lights for status

The Qbic puck’s LED feature indicates the current status of a desk or workspace, eliminating any confusion.

QR code for touchless booking

Simply scan the QR code on a Qbic puck with your mobile device to activate the space reservation functionality via the Appspace Employee App.

Syncs with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook

Through our integration with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, users can import desk or workspace details onto the Appspace Reservations system for easy booking.
