In 2019, a leading international pharmaceutical company approached us with a clear objective: to improve communication across its global offices and technical facilities. At the time, internal communications were fragmented, making it increasingly difficult to keep employees aligned and informed across locations.

When the pandemic emerged, the challenge became even more complex. The company needed to maintain consistent, effective communication in a rapidly evolving hybrid work environment, keeping remote employees informed while supporting a safe, well-coordinated return to the office.

THE SOLUTION

Integrating digital tools for a safer, connected workplace

The company implemented digital signage through Appspace to centralize communication. This solution helped bring corporate and local messages to life across over 6,400 screens in corporate offices and technical facilities worldwide.

As the company prepared for employees to return to the office in 2021, we expanded our services to include employee app, as well as space reservation and room booking solutions. These tools allowed employees to safely return to work while maintaining proper distancing and efficient use of spaces. To complement these efforts, our customer rolled out visitor management systems at select locations, making it easier to manage external visitors and maintain health protocols.

The space reservation and room booking systems improved the way workspaces were allocated, creating a safer, more organized return to office life.
