A major North American accounting and business advisory firm operates more than 70 offices from coast to coast. Nearly 3,000 employees work across its consulting, advisory, and audit practices. At that scale, getting consistent communications in front of the right people is a difficult proposition.

When the firm introduced a return-to-office mandate, they quickly ran into the limits of their existing approach. A national distribution of over 70 offices meant there was no scalable way to deliver location-targeted communications to employees. Firm-wide messages either went everywhere indiscriminately or required significant manual effort to localize.

The client experience added another layer of complexity. Teams regularly host clients and prospects in their offices, and the firm wanted the ability to tailor what was on screen depending on who was in the building that day.
