THE CHALLENGE
Economic development agencies serve two audiences at once: the employees who work in the building, and the business tenants who use the space to grow their footprint.
For this agency, supporting both groups meant running two separate platforms. OptiSign was used for digital signage, while Robin covered desk booking.
Both tools did what they were built to do. But two vendors, two contracts, and two systems created overhead that was a drain on the agency’s lean employee team.
