The university introduced Appspace across its colleges to create a more connected and engaging campus experience. This gave students and visitors easy access to real-time updates and event information. Faculty and staff also benefitted from improved workplace communication thanks to digital signage and internal channels, replacing reliance on disconnected systems. This resulted in less confusion, fewer missed messages, and a more informed workplace.

With 90 digital signage displays now in place, the university has improved how students, staff and visitors stay informed. Important announcements don’t get lost anymore. Updates about events, campus resources and safety alerts are always visible at the right time and place. More importantly, Appspace allows the university to balance global and local content at the same time.

University-wide announcements and key messages are consistently displayed across all campuses, making sure everyone receives critical information. At the same time, each college can tailor its digital signage with localized content to show relevant events, news, and resources specific to their community.
