This software company was growing fast and needed better ways to communicate, navigate the office, and book meeting spaces. They initially turned to Appspace for digital signage, thinking it would be a simple way to keep employees informed. But as they looked closer, they realized their workplace had other challenges.

Our customer began by deploying Appspace digital signage to share company updates and announcements. Building on that success, they partnered with our Workplace Experience (WX) services team to create a custom wayfinding kiosk that made it easier for employees and visitors to navigate the office.

Encouraged by early wins, the organization expanded further by implementing room booking panels to simplify scheduling and reduce conflicts. Each addition was introduced deliberately, allowing the company to adapt its workplace technology in step with employee needs.

A more intuitive and efficient workplace experience

With digital signage in place, employees stayed better informed across the organization. The custom wayfinding kiosk improved navigation throughout the office, while room booking panels brought clarity and efficiency to meeting space management.

Additional capabilities — such as automatically canceling unused recurring meetings —helped keep schedules accurate and spaces available.
