Finding a unified platform for communication and scheduling across multiple clinics

A healthcare provider managing multiple clinics was facing a challenge that many organizations in healthcare know all too well: communication was scattered, and room scheduling wasn’t as efficient as it could be.

The team was looking for a platform that could tie everything together, one that would help them get important messages to staff in different locations and integrate with their room scheduling system. Their goal was to find something that could be used in each clinic, allowing them to share updates, track room availability, and keep everything running smoothly across all their sites.

Bringing it all together–from scheduling to communication

After considering their options, they decided to go with Appspace. They purchased the platform along with Workplace Experience (WX) services for custom digital signage card templates and mapping solutions.

Our customer rolled out Appspace on their Crestron devices to handle room booking, allowing staff to manage their schedules directly from the same system where communication updates would appear.

With Appspace, they could display important information—like daily updates or emergency messages—across all their locations, while also letting staff easily book meeting rooms.

THE RESULTS

A simple solution that had a big impact in operations across clinics

The implementation was a success. The main point of contact reported that everything runs well, with just a few minor issues with the devices here and there, but nothing that slowed down the overall operation.

The ability to manage both workplace communications and room scheduling from one platform has made a big difference in the daily workflow. Staff members can now get updates instantly, and scheduling has been much more efficient.

With the success of this setup, our customer is looking at expanding Appspace to more of their clinics, confident that the platform can support even more locations and help continue improving how they operate.
