THE CHALLENGE
As employees began returning to the office, this financial services company needed a better way to manage desk and meeting room reservations across a hybrid workforce. With varying schedules and employees splitting time between locations, the ability to easily find and book available spaces became essential.
Our customer was looking for a flexible solution that would make it easy for employees to check availability, reserve desks or conference rooms from anywhere, and support a consistent workplace experience.
THE SOLUTION
To support its return-to-office strategy, our customer expanded their use of Appspace by deploying 12,000 premium user licenses. This enabled employees to reserve desks and conference rooms directly from their employee app, providing flexibility and ease of access regardless of location.
At the same time, the company scaled its device licenses and rolled out digital signage across offices to support clear communication and visibility into space availability. Together, these capabilities delivered a consistent, centralized approach to managing office spaces on one platform.
THE RESULTS
Following a successful return-to-office rollout, the company adjusted their strategy based on actual usage patterns. Permanent desks and offices were assigned to most employees, while premium licenses were retained for team members who frequently traveled between locations.
