THE CHALLENGE

Overcoming siloed information and fragmented tools

AdvaMed faced a significant hurdle with departments feeling siloed. Information wasn’t consistently shared across the organization, making it difficult for staff to access vital resources. 

They needed a way to centralize information and provide a more convenient experience for employees who were navigating different departmental goals and disparate communication channels.

To address these challenges, AdvaMed implemented Appspace. 
Now, their resources — including mission, vision, values, and shared documents — are in one place for easy access by everyone.

They also deployed digital signage across the office to inform both members and staff about important updates and events.

A streamlined reservation system makes it easy for employees to book desks or meeting rooms for the day or week via their phones or desktop apps like Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

The platform provides usage reports, offering insights into office occupancy that help inform the company’s future growth strategy.
