A financial services company, focused on investment management, initially brought in digital signage to help its marketing team communicate more effectively within their office. But as the pandemic forced a shift to hybrid work, managing office space became a new challenge.
With employees alternating between home and the office, our customer needed an efficient room and desk booking solution. And they needed to maintain communication with employees, wherever people were working.
THE SOLUTION
Instead of keeping signage and space reservation as separate systems, we showed how integrating both could streamline the process. By adding a space reservation feature to the existing signage setup, the company could not only keep employees informed with up-to-date content but also allow them to book workspaces quickly and easily.
Whether employees are on-site or remote, they now have a simple, single platform to manage everything from office communications to room and desk booking.
THE RESULTS
With the new system in place, the company now has a much smoother way to manage both communication and office space.
Employees can easily reserve desks or meeting rooms through a Microsoft Outlook plugin, and marketing can continue using digital signage to deliver important updates.
