Our customer, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, faced a common challenge in a hybrid work environment. With 50+ offices and thousands of employees spread across various locations, they needed a better way to manage their spaces and keep employees informed. Their existing employee app was falling short, lacking features like an easy-to-use room and desk booking system.
Since the customer already used Appspace for digital signage, they sought to expand its use to bring together important communication, simplify space reservations, and improve the overall employee experience.

Tapping into Appspace themes, our customer has created a unique, customized online space for each office location. That means employees in Austin see a different homepage than those in New Jersey or London, each with local news, upcoming events, and even info on how to order lunch.
Finding and booking a desk is easy. Teams have access to bookable maps and workspace reservations built right in. And with featured posts and targeted broadcasts, everyone stays in the loop with events and important updates.
A global homepage with tutorials and FAQs ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new users, while shortcut buttons give people quick access to frequently used features.
