Appspace Intelligence card generator
Instantly turn a single idea into captivating digital signage. Our new card generator powered by Appspace Intelligence uses prompts to craft engaging text, stunning visuals, and dynamic motion, so you can create compelling content without any design expertise needed. It’s all about making professional-grade digital signage accessible to everyone.
AI content enrichment (limited release)
Turn siloed SharePoint articles into engaging, accessible content. Our AI enrichment automatically adds cover images, tags, captions, summaries, and translations, allowing you to publish revitalized content everywhere for everyone.
AI Connector (limited release)
Generate and publish recurring content like daily wellness tips or weekly motivational quotes using simple prompts. It’s an excellent way to automatically keep your information fresh and relevant with minimal effort. It’s all part of Appspace Orchestration, empowering you to manage your communication flow from creating content to sharing it everywhere.
Conversational AI
We’re excited to introduce conversational AI for search. From the homepage to Topics, Communities, and even Microsoft Copilot, you can instantly find the content and information you need, when you need it.
User-level AI permissions and organizational customization
We’re giving you greater control over your Appspace Intelligence experience. Admins can now configure AI permissions at a user level and train models to ensure results align perfectly with your organization.
Sensor-based rules
Optimize resource utilization with sensor-based rules. It adds a level of automation to space reservation so you can do things like release rooms if no one shows up or create reservations if you walk in for a quick call.
Reservation Services expansion
We’re expanding Reservation Services functionality to include support for room configuration and AV requests. Plus, our catering solution is getting a major boost with enhanced customization options, detailed pricing, and streamlined checkout, making special requests a breeze.
Smart relocations
Ever book a room only to find it unexpectedly unavailable due to maintenance or other issues? Smart relocations eliminate those frustrating surprises by automatically suggesting alternative available rooms with similar characteristics, minimizing disruptions and keeping your employees productive.
Content playback reports
Content administrators now have a complete picture of digital signage performance with our redesigned content playback reports. Available in the Device Reporting module, these reports provide a more unified and intuitive process for identifying when, where, and how your content is being displayed.
Device analytics and insights enhancements
Unlock total visibility into your device network. Our comprehensive device analytics dashboard provides the real-time insights you need into connectivity status, software compliance, storage capacity, and content synchronization. - Webhook integrations – Appspace webhooks enable a more connected, automated, and efficient workplace by allowing different applications and systems to communicate and react to events in real-time.
- Web browser push notifications – Get Appspace notifications right in your web browser. This new feature extends our existing mobile app alerts to your desktop or mobile browser, keeping you informed wherever you are.
- User invitation improvements – Unifies the invitation flow, allows administrators to set a default language for invitations, and provides a fully translated onboarding experience, including key screens, instructions, and branded invitation emails.
- Cisco Spaces IoT driver – Surface environmental data like air quality, temperature, humidity, and more throughout the reservation process. This empowers employees to find a space that allows them to be the most productive and comfortable and gives admins deeper insight into utilization.
- Comment threads & attachments – We’ve enhanced comments with threaded replies and file attachments across all Appspace content types, making communication more structured.
- Content schedule calendar – A centralized, visual scheduling tool within Appspace for tracking content releases and expirations. It improves planning, prevents outdated content, and streamlines governance across teams.
- Custom Praises – Custom Praises empower organizations to tailor praise categories and visuals that reflect their unique values and brand.
- Favorite Apps – Users can now mark apps as favorites, creating a dedicated section on the Appspace homepage for faster, more personalized access.
- Link snippets & content embeds (limited release) – Embed videos, social posts, and web content directly into stories, shareboxes, and social cards for more dynamic communication.
- Device hours of operation improvements – Simplifies operational management by allowing administrators to set operating schedules at the location level.
- Device status webhooks – New webhook events for device health status. These events provide real-time notifications for critical changes in device connectivity and synchronization.
- Support for iOS 18 – Appspace is now fully compatible with iOS 18, ensuring your existing iOS devices continue delivering consistent workplace communications while leveraging the latest platform enhancements.
- Support for BrightSignOS 9.1 – Appspace now supports BrightSign OS 9.1 with Chromium 120 support across Series 3, 4, and 5 players, providing a unified, secure firmware platform that ensures consistent performance.
- Resilient content fallback – Designate fallback content at the location or device level that automatically displays during registration issues, scheduling gaps, or initialization delays to ensure your screens never go blank.
- Email notifications for Playlist Channel approvals – Enhance content oversight by automatically notifying administrators of key activity within Playlist Channels via email. This eliminates manual tracking and ensures timely awareness of changes.
