A major retail chain in the financial services sector needed a more efficient way to share important store information with employees across its many locations. While they’d already implemented our digital signage, they were only using about 40% of their available devices, leaving untapped potential for more effective communication.
They required a better system for delivering sales updates, promotions, and operational messaging while ensuring that technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.
THE SOLUTION
To meet their needs, our Workplace Experience (WX) services team created a custom PowerBI card for digital signage, allowing the company to display critical store information directly to employees in real-time.
On top of that, we provided a customized spreadsheet solution that let them easily tag information based on sales requirements, store promotions, and other key retail metrics. Now, they can better organize and distribute messaging across storefronts and back offices.
THE RESULTS
What started as a digital signage solution quickly evolved into a broader workplace transformation.
