THE CHALLENGE
Before partnering with Appspace, the university was juggling multiple content providers, which made it difficult to manage digital communications in one consistent way. Different systems didn’t always work well together, and getting the right support when issues came up wasn’t as straightforward as they needed it to be.
After spending time with their IT team and visiting the main campus, it became clear that their setup was more complicated than it needed to be. With several resellers involved, communication was fragmented, and as renewal discussions approached, the university saw an opportunity to simplify things and improve the overall support experience.
THE SOLUTION
To strengthen the relationship, the university proposed a co-op space-sharing arrangement that allowed Appspace’s Workplace Experience (WX) services team to work directly out of the university’s demo facilities. This hands-on approach made collaboration easier and helped both teams stay closely aligned.
They also wanted a more direct line to Appspace, cutting down on unnecessary back-and-forth and making it easier to get answers, support, and guidance when managing their digital signage environment.
THE RESULTS
What started as a space reservation project quickly grew into a broader collaboration. As the partnership evolved, the university saw new ways to expand and improve their digital signage strategy with Appspace’s support.
